JCI Malta
Self-Care Course
When we’re busy trying to get things done, it is not difficult to forget to take care of ourselves properly. It starts with skipping a meal to reach a deadline, to working way into our personal time, to sleeping less hours to get more work done, and to develop unhealthy habits just to be able to be more productive. Such behaviours can lead us to neglect ourselves and our wellbeing, and that is why this year, JCI Malta wants to help you break those habits via its 6-session Self-Care Course starting in April.
6-Session Course
Identify how to take better care of yourself
Within the spirit of JCI RISE, the international JCI programme aimed at helping society recover from the repercussions of the pandemic, the JCI Malta Self-Care Course wants to help young people better deal with stress, understand the importance of healthy habits, learn how to time manage themselves and truly allow themselves the self-compassion they need. The course is FREE for JCI Malta members and €65 per non-members. If you’d like to attend to only one session, you can do so by registering to the individual sessions listed below.
