Product Description

When we’re busy trying to get things done, it is not difficult to forget to take care of ourselves properly. It starts with skipping a meal to reach a deadline, to working way into our personal time, to sleeping less hours to get more work done, and to develop unhealthy habits just to be able to be more productive. Such behaviours can lead us to neglect ourselves and our wellbeing, and that is why this year, JCI Malta wants to help you break those habits via its 6-session Self-Care Course starting in April. The course is sponsored by AE Business Advisors.

The final session of the course is titled Daily Practices Toolkit. During this workshop we will take a non-prescriptive approach to some key aspects of an attainable and intentional self-care routine. Key areas of interest will be tackled, including attention to personal hygiene and emotional regulation, nutrition (expanded in a separate session) and movement, as well as a no-nonsense approach to gratitude journaling will be discussed.
