Product Description

When we’re busy trying to get things done, it is not difficult to forget to take care of ourselves properly. It starts with skipping a meal to reach a deadline, to working way into our personal time, to sleeping less hours to get more work done, and to develop unhealthy habits just to be able to be more productive. Such behaviours can lead us to neglect ourselves and our wellbeing, and that is why this year, JCI Malta wants to help you break those habits via its 6-session Self-Care Course starting in April. The course is sponsored by AE Business Advisors.

The second session of the course is titled Stress Management. During the Stress Management workshop we will focus on practical approaches, such as boundary-setting and scheduling; cognitive approaches, such as identifying and challenging negative or unrealistic thoughts and expectations, and spheres of influence exercise.
