Although people often think of boardrooms, suits, and million-Euro deals when they hear the word “negotiation,†the truth is that we negotiate all the time. From deciding where to eat with a group of friends, asking for a promotion, or selecting a preferred vendor for your business, these are all situations that involve negotiating. This workshop takes a unique approach and applies the philosophy of behavioral intelligence in negotiations. Participants will gain an understanding of the techniques and behavioral tactics of negotiation, tools to use during a negotiation, and strategies to prepare for a negotiation outcome that both sides will be happy to deal with each other again and again.
