Each workshop will be last 2 hours and will be interactive, engaging and collaborative.

Like a river flows constantly as long as the source is replenishing, our mind and concentration will determine how effective we are at achieving the results we set for ourselves (and others). Flow is a concept used in ultimate performance. It is often referred to as being “in the zone” where nothing else matters, time stands still and your energy and focus is entirely consumed to deliver the intended result. IN this first workshop we will identify and work on creating your ideal Flow State
