The JCI Malta Young Entrepreneur of the Year award is about recognising the efforts of young entrepreneurs. To be nominated, entrepreneurs do not need to be incorporated entities but their undertakings should meet the EU definition of a small business: “A small enterprise is defined as an enterprise which employs fewer than 50 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed €10 million.”
The winner of the JCI Malta Young Entrepreneur of the Year will be able to participate in the JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Programme held at European and international level. The CYE Program helps foster business and entrepreneurship.
