JCI Malta’s three Local Organisations and our National Organisation are in constant need of volunteers – which is reflected in our voluntary-based vacancies below.

Whether you just want to run a project that is close to your heart or whether you want to be part of our yearly changing leadership teams on the Local and National levels – we aim to give every member the chance to develop into leaders and be agents of positive change.

JCI Malta GALA AWARDS Assistants
Description

JCI Malta is looking for two enthusiastic members to assist with the coordination and execution of the JCI Malta Gala Awards. Help will be needed with the event logistics and planning in terms of award preparation, venue set up, marketing material, and the like.

Mental Health Research Team Members
Description

JCI Wignacourt is searching for members who are passionate about mental health and research to participate in an exciting new, international, project about mental health during a pandemic. You will be supporting the Project Manager according to the needs of the project, which will include surveys, focus groups, information accumulation, and a write-up of a guidebook.

Foodbank Lifeline Collaboration
Description

JCI Wignacourt supports the Foodbank on a yearly basis. Our work is based on collecting monetary and food donations for the Foodbank, ensuring that they can keep providing their service users with the nutrition they need to get back on their feet. We are searching for a project manager to run this project, who will also be able to elevate this project to new heights.

Music Festival Project Manager
Description

Interested in music? Are you a musician yourself? Want to train with some of the best mentors? JCI Wignacourt is looking for a project manager to make a particularly special project come to life. We will be training musicians, singers, songwriters, to practice their craft, through the support of some amazing mentors. This is a new, and exciting project, which has never been done before.

'CHANGE Politics' Team
Description

JCI Malta is planning a two-year programme called ‘Change Politics’ which will include a variety of initiatives – talks, Q&As, panel sessions, interviews and in-person events where/when possible. The idea is to promote the good side of politics by speaking to leaders in the public sphere. We are searching for a team to be part of this programme, not necessarily for the whole two years, but even on a project basis. This is ideal for anyone interested in local politics and leadership. The tasks will include contacting people to set up interviews, sorting out venues or digital platforms, and other general duties according to the initiative.

jci La Valette Contributors
Description

JCI Wignacourt treasurer
Description

JCI Wignacourt requires a Treasurer to help support the team in all things finance. The ideal person is someone who can handle finances, and cashflow documents, with the support of JCI Malta’s Financial Officer.

JCI Wignacourt requires a member to form part of the JCI Malta Members Support Team. The role of the membership officer is to guarantee a strong and engaged membership. This person will be also responsible, together with the other officers, for organising introduction events for new members. The membership officer will be the main contact for all JCI Wignacourt members and prospective members of the Local Organisation regarding their membership enquiries, applications and renewals. The JCI Wignacourt officer will be working closely with the membership officers of other Local Organisations and reporting directly to the Director for Memberships & Growth.
