Training on Sustainable Leadership by Finnish Trainer Johanna Lundan (JCI Vice-President /Owner of Kasvamo Ky) About the training: Sustainable leaders creating impact Have you ever wondered what sustainability means in leadership? And what does that mean in practice? In this session you are introduced to the concept of sustainable leadership and explained the major themes behind of it. You also learn how sustainable leadership relate to achieving Sustainable Development Goals. The purpose of the session is to clarify the concept of Sustainable leadership and to provide inspiration for you to become better leader through of sustainable leadership. You will also hear how responsibility and the wellbeing of the society are linked to sustainable leadership, as well as the basic principles of JCI. Johanna_Lundan_picAbout the trainer: Johanna, 32, is from Finland, is an owner of a consulting and training company called Kasvamo Ky. She also acts as Operational Director in her family business Auto- ja konevuokraamo J. Lundán Ky in the field of selling, renting and maintaining cars. She is also a partner in a real estate investment company and resides in Lempäälä, Finland. Johanna holds a master’s degree in business administration and . Since joining JCI Lempäälä, Finland in 2003, and later becoming a member of JCI Pirkanmaa, she has participated in various local, regional, national and international activities and also as an active trainer. Lundán served as President of her Local Organization in 2007 and as National President in 2015. Now she is in international level as JCI Vice President. She has attended eight JCI Area Conferences and four JCI World Congresses. She has been honored as JCI Senator No. 73059 and is a JCI Foundation member.
