With the theme, Leaders for Change, in 2021, the JCI Malta National Convention included keynote speeches, panel discussions and training sessions by local and international trainers and speakers. There were business networking opportunities, project pitches, a  spooky Murder Mystery dinner, and an overall weekend of leadership excellence. One of the main highlights of the conference was hosting JCI USA member, behavioural scientist and TedX Speaker Jay Johnson, and JCI Ireland member, World Debating Champion and Behaviour Consultant Keira Keogh in Malta. Both of which held training sessions as well as participated in panel discussions and sat on the judging panels of competitions. JCI Malta also welcomed its assigned VP, Michaela Palmberg, coming all the way from JCI Finland.
