As UP Academy Manager, Ian brings his wealth of experience to a wide and diverse audience. Not afraid to be out of his comfort zone, Ian challenges individuals to attain that best version of themselves.

Owner of Joseph K Muscat Consulting

Joseph K Muscat brings his personal experience of Neurodiversity to his professional life and to theories and studies conducted on this condition. Mr. Muscat adds a unique personal perspective and storytelling to the area of speciality of Neurodiversity.

Mr. Muscat’s ancestry is from Malta, but he was born in Toronto, Canada, and received his education at York University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours Degree. In 2014, his family left Canada and moved their life and business to Malta. Currently, together with his wife, Mr. Muscat continues the family’s successful business of professional photography and the commercial industry business along with a Neurodiversity consulting company.

JCI Vice President assigned to Malta

Alexandra joined JCI in 2015, and won ‘Most Outstanding New Member’ after her first year. She became Romania’ youngest JCI senator in 2019 and by the time she became Vice President this year (2023), Alexandra already had many leadership roles in JCI Romania, including National President.

She has extensive experience in project management, team leadership, facilitating workshops, coaching and mentoring and currently works as an EU Career ambassador.

Meet Charlene Camilleri Duca, Clinical Psychologist and Gestalt Psychotherapist.
Charlene is passionate about helping people to achieve fulfilment and success at work, whilst leading happier, healthier and more balanced lives. In her clinical practice, she supports clients to reduce their work and life stressors or to react to these stressors in a healthier way and supports those who are experiencing burnout.

Charlene regularly delivers psycho-educational talks and training seminars on different psycho-educational themes.

As the founder and managing director of paths, Charlene’s personal aim is to do everything she can to support people to create the life that they want, or at the very least, a life that they don’t want to escape from.
Roberta Lepre

Roberta Lepre

Managing Director, WEAVE Consulting

Graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2003, Roberta has acquired substantial experience in the social sector in Malta. At Weave Consulting she focusses on engaging the business community to adopt sustainable practices to have a more positive impact on society and the environment and to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. She is also a founding member and Project Director of SEAM, member of the board of VSF Malta, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute of Directors (Malta), as well as forming part of EcoDA’s Task Force on ESG matters.

Annalisa Schembri

Artistic Director at APS Summer Festival

Annalisa Schembri is a freelance professional in the creative, entertainment and education industry, coming from Malta but working across Europe.

Amongst other things, Annalisa is an artistic director for festivals and live, large scale events, a speaker, a soft skills trainer and an enabler for the creation of beautiful things.

As an active citizen, Annalisa has served in leadership positions, developing young people in a number of different local and international Non-Profits. 

She is currently serving as International Vice-President assigned to Europe for JCI – Junior Chamber International.
