In 2019, JCI Malta wanted to provide a platform for new and upcoming artists from all spectrums of the arts to come and exhibit their talent, in the hopes of winning a paid gig at an established and popular local bar. JCI Malta teamed up with The Beer Cave and hosted an Open Mic & Jamming Night which was a complete success despite the thunderstorm that took over the Maltese Islands.

JCI Malta provided a safe space to exhibit talent for local singers, musicians and stand-up comedians that participated, however, the call was open for authors, poets, painters, dancers, and many more people that have something to say through art.

The night ended with the announcement of not only one, but two winners: singer Gabrielle Debono and stand-up comedian Sandra Gauci.
